Online speed. Human help.

What we do

We are an independent travel agency based in Cumming, Georgia. On our website you search live fares from airlines worldwide, pick the one you like and send a booking request in about two minutes. An agent calls you within 30 minutes, any hour of any day, to confirm the price and book it with you.

Our agents can also book unpublished fares through our airline partners, prices airlines don’t show on their own websites, and they check for one on every request.

We finish every booking with a person because air travel has details that matter: fare rules, baggage allowances, connection times, passport and visa requirements, and travel with children or older relatives. A two-minute conversation is the fastest way to get them right.

How we work

• Agents 24/7. Call or send a request any time, including weekends and holidays.
• Your card never goes online. The website collects traveler details only. You pay on a call with your agent.
• Written before paid. You receive the itinerary, the fare rules and the total in U.S. dollars by email, and we charge only after you approve them.
• No separate service fee. The total you approve is the total you pay.
• Straight answers on refunds. We tell you before you pay whether a fare is refundable, changeable or neither. Our refund policy is published in full.
• Your data stays private. We use your details to book your trip, never to sell. See our Privacy Policy.

What we are not

We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any airline. The airline operates your flight and its conditions of carriage apply to your trip. We act as your agent in arranging the booking, and we help you deal with the airline if plans change.
