1. Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards. The cardholder must authorize every payment. We do not accept cash, checks, wire transfers, gift cards or cryptocurrency, and we will never ask you to pay that way.
2. How payment works
You can send a booking request on the website, but every booking is completed and paid for by phone. The website never asks for or takes payment details.
- An agent calls you about your request (or you call us) and quotes your flights.
- We email you a written itinerary with the flights, passenger names, fare rules, the total in U.S. dollars and who will charge your card.
- You approve the itinerary and authorize the charge. We may ask the cardholder to sign a card authorization.
- We process the payment and issue your ticket. If the payment is declined or the fare can no longer be booked, we tell you before anything else happens.
3. Who charges your card
Depending on the booking, the charge is made either by Travel Globe Technologies LLC or by the airline. Your written itinerary says which before you pay.
- Charged by Travel Globe: your statement shows our business name, Travel Globe Technologies.
- Charged by the airline: your statement shows the airline’s name. When there are several travelers, airlines often charge each ticket separately, so you may see more than one charge that together equal your approved total.
Either way, the total charged never exceeds the total you approved. If anything on your statement looks wrong, contact us at (678) 672-2283 or support@travelglobetechnologies.com.
4. Currency and pricing
All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars and include government taxes and mandatory airline fees. Travel Globe does not add a separate service fee. Your card issuer may apply its own fees, such as foreign transaction fees.
5. How we protect card information
- Card payments are processed through PCI DSS–compliant payment systems: our payment gateway when we charge your card, or the airline’s systems when the airline does.
- We do not keep full card numbers in our own records, emails, spreadsheets or notes. We do not keep card security codes (CVV/CVC) after a payment is authorized.
- We will never ask for your card number, security code or online banking password by email, text message, chat or social media. Only give card details to an agent during a call you placed to (678) 672-2283.
- This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Its booking request form collects traveler and contact details only, never payment information.
- Only staff who need booking information to do their jobs can access it.
6. Fraud prevention
To protect cardholders, we may confirm your identity before charging a card. We may check the billing address, ask for a signed authorization, or speak with the cardholder if someone else is booking for them. We may decline a payment we cannot verify. If someone has used your card for a booking you didn’t make, call us right away.
7. Delivery of tickets
Airline tickets are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.
- When your ticket is issued, we email you the airline confirmation code (record locator) and the e-ticket receipt with the ticket number(s).
- Tickets are normally issued on the same business day that payment is approved. If ticketing is delayed for any reason, we contact you.
- You can check your booking, choose seats and check in on the airline’s own website or app using the confirmation code and your last name.
- If you haven’t received your confirmation within one business day of payment, check your spam folder and then contact us.
8. Where we provide service
We serve customers in the United States and book flights within the U.S. and to international destinations. All transactions are in U.S. dollars. We do not arrange travel prohibited by U.S. law, including U.S. sanctions.
